CERTIFICATION FOR RUSSIA

In 1992 a Russian law came into force making it mandatory that a wide range of products bound for the Russian Federation is tested and certified in accordance with GOST R standards.

The validity of Russian certification is limited to a maximum of three to five years. Besides this so-called "type" certification, we can also issue "batch" certificates that are valid for one contract/delivery only. A special form of batch certificate is the "project" certificate where we certify a whole system or group of materials.

With a minimum of paperwork and administrative procedures and at the lowest possible costs we can meet all your certification requirements. Type certification usually takes 10 days; batch certification can be completed in a very short time.
